Outline Terms of Tenancy
An Assured Periodic Tenancy (unfurnished), the rent for which will be payable monthly in advance. A deposit of five week's rent will be held under a Deposit Scheme by the landlord’s agents, a deposit being payable prior to the signing of the agreement.
