These terms govern your use of the website, ads, content, and subscription services provided by RENTAROS UK APS.

2. How to Use Rentaros UK

Rentaros UK offers various features, including creating a home search agent, home ads, or subscribing to Rentaros UK. When using our services, you agree not to:

• - Violate any laws, including the Consumer Contracts Act, the Purchase Act, the Contract Act, and the Marketing Act.
• - Violate these Terms or our Advertising Rules.
• - Provide false or misleading information.
• - Infringe on third-party rights, such as offering counterfeit goods or violating copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• - Distribute spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• - Spread viruses or use technologies that may harm Rentaros UK or its users.
• - Overload our servers or IT infrastructure or interfere with the operation of Rentaros UK.
• - Copy, modify, or distribute other people's content.
• - Use any robot, search robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access Rentaros UK's content without our express consent.
• - Collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.

By creating content on Rentaros UK's services, you grant Rentaros UK an unlimited, free, irrevocable right to publish, modify, and make copies of all or part of the content. This includes data, text, and images.

5. Violation

6. Prices and Payments

Your subscription with Rentaros UK costs £2,99 for the first 7 days. Subsequently, £39 is charged, and the subscription is paid every 1 month. Prices are quoted in GBP and may change from time to time.

7. Advertisements

Rentaros UK offers that anyone with a rental home can create an ad on our portal. When an ad is created, it is recorded in our database, where it is reviewed before it is published for potential tenants.

All home seekers can create a free search bot here.

9. The Subscription

The subscription runs 1 month at a time and is automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period. You have a trial period of 7 days and your subscription is valid from the time you register. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page, until the end of the current subscription period. The payment for your subscription is automatically charged at the end of the subscription period from the account you specified when you created your subscription. You will not receive an email notifying you of the charge.

10. Security

Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your email address or password for Rentaros UK has been abused.

11. Unsubscribe from Your Account

You can close your Rentola account at any time without further notice. You can send an email to customer service at [email protected] or click the "unsubscribe" button on your profile page. You can unsubscribe at any time. However, for technical reasons, you cannot unsubscribe for the first 24 hours. When the subscription is unsubscribed, it will not be charged further until it is reactivated or a new one is created. When requesting to unsubscribe by contacting us at [email protected], please note that our support team may experience delays in processing your request due to a high volume of support emails or other reasons. As a result, there is a possibility that you may be charged before our support team sees and processes your cancellation email. It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure timely unsubscription. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the desktop version of our website or by directly managing your subscription through PayPal. If these methods are not utilized, charges may occur, and no refunds will be issued for any charges resulting from incomplete unsubscription. Additionally, please be aware that the Unsubscribe button in your user profile page is only visible from the desktop version of our website and may not be accessible from mobile devices. If you encounter any difficulties in unsubscribing, please contact our support team for assistance.

12. Responsibility for Content Creation

You accept that the content you create on Rentaros UK's portal complies with Rentaros UK's advertising rules, does not violate any laws, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

As a result, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any rental property listed on Rentaros UK. While we strive to ensure that our listings are up-to-date, we are not responsible for any discrepancies, errors, or issues that may arise, including but not limited to the availability of the property, the accuracy of the information provided, or any problems encountered with the rental. Renters are advised to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any rental arrangements.

16. Changes to Terms

Rentaros UK reserves the right, without notice, to change current terms and prices. These terms are last updated March 2024.
