* Self- will require an accountants reference and should have accounts for a minimum of two years.
* Employment checks to confirm your start date, salary and if your position is permanent.
* Homeownership checks (only if you are a homeowner) confirming your mortgage payments are up to date.

As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
