The property is ideally located next to Goodmayes TFL Rail station on the Crossrail line, minutes from the main market street and a lovely Edwardian-era park. We're three stops away from Liverpool Street and about a thirty-minute train journey to Canary Wharf, Oxford Circus and Central London in general.

All bills are included - gas, water, electricity, council tax, broadband. Also included in the price will be room cleaning and changing bed linen every 2 weeks.

Kitchen is shared with 1-4 other guests and bathroom is shared with 1 other guest.
