We are so pleased to offer this contemporary one-bedroom apartment. The property is conveniently situated within easy access of our state-of-the-art on-site facilities including the restaurant, private cinema room, library, activities room, wellness spa, café bar and gardens and terraces.
The apartments roomy hallway provides access to all rooms and a large storage cupboard.
The well-equipped, fully fitted kitchenette adjoins the living space and is fitted with a range of base and wall units with under cupboard lighting, stainless steel sink and drainer, and an integrated fridge with freezer compartment.
The appealing living/dining room is well proportioned, allowing plenty of space to entertain family or friends. The room is flooded with natural light and the room overlooks the beautifully manicured grounds.
The main bedroom is generously sized bedroom boats full-height windows, offering stunning views over the rolling countryside.
Outside, enjoy beautifully landscaped gardens that are all taken care of by our dedicated gardeners.

Fees
Rent is payable monthly in advance by all renters. A monthly Service Charge covers the general upkeep of the village facilities, building insurance and maintenance, management and registration of staff, and social wellbeing activities and events. Renters also pay a monthly fee for the Lifestyle package, which covers meals, housekeeping and laundry service as well as all utilities including heating, electricity and water.
