We are pleased to present this well appointed one bedroom second floor apartment, ideally positioned with a south facing aspect overlooking the main village courtyard at Richmond Villages Wood Norton. The property is conveniently located close to a range of communal amenities, including the reception area, Bredon restaurant, bar and coffee lounge, library, and the wellness spa with swimming pool, as well as several inviting outdoor seating areas. An allocated parking space is also included.

The entrance hall provides access to all rooms and includes a useful fitted storage cupboard.

The fitted kitchenette features under cupboard lighting, an integrated fridge, and a compact, practical layout adjoining the main living space.

The bright living room offers space for a small dining table and benefits from a pleasant south facing outlook over the village courtyard.

A well proportioned bedroom with floor to ceiling windows, allowing excellent levels of natural light throughout the day.
En suite Shower Room
The en suite shower room is fitted with a walk in shower and modern sanitary ware, providing a comfortable and functional layout.
Outside
Residents can enjoy the beautifully maintained communal gardens, including well stocked flower borders and lawns cared for by the Village Gardeners. The apartment also comes with an allocated parking space for the resident car owner.
Richmond Villages Wood Norton welcomes residents who are 60 and over. We also warmly welcome pets as part of the family.

Fees
Rent is payable monthly in advance by all renters.
A key benefit to living at Richmond Villages is the level of care, support and services that are available to make life more comfortable and enjoyable. A Service Charge of £202.26 per week covers the general upkeep of the village facilities, building insurance and maintenance, management and registration of staff, and social wellbeing activities and events. This is reviewed annually on 1st January.
Renters of Assisted Living apartments also pay for a Lifestyle Package. This covers utility costs, meals, housekeeping and laundry services. Lifestyle Packages are available from £600 per week based on single occupancy. This is reviewed annually on 1st April.
