Holding Deposit (per tenancy): This is equal to 1 weeks rent – Please be aware that this will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, fail to take reasonable steps to enable the completion of references within the needed timescale or fail to sign their agreement (and/or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in the Holding Deposit Form) Security Deposit (per Tenancy with an Annual Rent of Less than £50,000): This is equal to five weeks worth of rent.
