Property description
*** AVAILABLE MID NOVEMBER ***
A spacious and characterful three-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Upton upon Severn, a popular riverside town offering a range of independent shops, cafés, pubs and scenic walks along the River Severn. The town also benefits from good road links to nearby Worcester, Malvern and the surrounding areas.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors and briefly comprises; entrance leading to a generous lounge/dining room, fitted kitchen with space for appliances and dining, utility room, bathroom with shower over bath, separate cloakroom, and a versatile second reception room/third bedroom.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two well-proportioned bedrooms, including a principal bedroom with built-in wardrobe.
The property retains a number of character features including sash windows and feature fireplaces, while also benefiting from gas central heating.
Please note the property is sub-metered, with utility usage billed separately by the landlord. Parking is available by permit within the local area. Please also note that the property shares a water supply with the commercial premises below, as separate metering is not currently possible. When the commercial unit is occupied, water charges will be apportioned between the flat and the commercial premises. The proposed split is 50/50 where water usage is expected to be broadly similar, or 40% to the flat and 60% to the commercial premises where the business is expected to use significantly more water, such as a catering business. Water charges will be payable separately from the rent.
The property is offered UNFURNISHED.
