Property description
A charming Two-bedroom cottage, which has just been recently completely renovated through whilst still maintaining character features. The property provides fantastic access to Woodbridge town centre and train station.
Please be aware that pictures were taken after renovation.
Downstairs there are two lovely reception rooms with the front living room benefitting from a gas fire creating a cosy feeling. The second lends itself perfectly as a dining room with an opening into the kitchen. Kitchen offers base and eye level units, eye level oven, electric hob and an undercounter fridge with freezer. The ground floor accommodation concludes with bathroom which has a panelled bath with shower over and fitted screen, wc and wash basin. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, both of which are a double size and the smaller of the two has a cupboard housing the gas boiler.
To the rear of the property there is a small courtyard garden with a seating area and a large shed which has been insulated by the landlord and has space and plumbing for a washing machine. There is rights of way access into the neighbouring garden to the right and further access to a shared garden with the neighbour at the rear of the courtyard garden. On road parking is available to the front, which we understand requires a paid for permit.
