Property description
Kent sales and lettings are pleased to offer this impressive and particularly spacious 4/5 bedroom semi-detached town house, offering versatile family accommodation arranged across three floors and situated within the highly popular Kings Hill development. With generous room proportions, flexible living space, a private rear garden and separate garage, the property provides an excellent opportunity for families looking for a substantial home in this sought-after area.
The accommodation has been designed to offer a great deal of flexibility, with rooms that can be adapted to suit the changing needs of a family. Depending on how the property is arranged, it can comfortably provide four bedrooms with additional reception or home-working space, or potentially be utilised as a five-bedroom home.
The ground floor provides excellent everyday living accommodation, with a particularly generous open-plan living and dining area forming the main hub of the home. Finished with wood flooring and enjoying plenty of natural light, there is ample room to create separate sitting and dining areas. French doors open directly onto the rear garden, providing a pleasant connection between the internal and external spaces and making the room particularly well suited to family life and entertaining.
Accommodation continues across the upper floors, where the property offers a selection of well-proportioned bedrooms together with useful storage. The arrangement gives a new owner considerable choice over how the rooms are used, whether as traditional bedrooms, a home office, dressing room, children's playroom or additional reception space.
The principal bedroom accommodation is particularly generous and benefits from useful adjoining storage/dressing space, while the remaining bedrooms provide good flexibility for children, guests or those needing dedicated space to work from home.
Bathroom facilities are conveniently positioned across the property, including a well-appointed family bathroom with a white suite comprising bath, wash hand basin and WC, together with extensive fitted storage. Additional shower facilities further complement a house designed with larger family living in mind.
The property is presented throughout in a light and neutral decorative style. Large windows throughout the house provide good levels of natural light, adding to the feeling of space across all three floors.
Outside, the property enjoys a private and enclosed rear garden, providing a pleasant and relatively low-maintenance outside space. A paved seating area offers plenty of room for garden furniture and outside dining, with established planting providing additional greenery and screening. The garden can be accessed directly from the main living accommodation, making it a practical extension of the ground-floor living space during the warmer months.
A further significant advantage is the separate garage, providing secure parking, storage or workshop space, together with additional parking available in front.
The location is another major attraction. Kings Hill has established itself as one of the area's most popular residential developments and provides an excellent range of facilities within easy reach. The development offers schools, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants together with a variety of leisure and sporting facilities, parks, open spaces and countryside walks.
The nearby historic market town of West Malling provides a further excellent selection of independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, while West Malling Railway Station offers direct rail services towards London and surrounding towns. For those travelling by road, Kings Hill is also conveniently positioned for access to the M20 and the wider Kent motorway network.
