Refurbished 3 bedroom upper apartment with magnificent views of the Firth of Clyde and the Isle of Arran. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the gorgeous Seamill sandy beach which is a popular location for wild swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and walks along the beach coastal paths.

The space

The whole apartment has been fully refurbished and includes a living/dining area and newly installed bathroom with bath and shower.

The spacious living room has a wide bay window where you can overlooking the sea and enjoy the incredible Arran sunsets.

3 bedrooms (2 are sea view) comprise of: 1 king (zip beds can be made into a twin), 1 king (zip beds that can be made into a twin) and 1 adult sized bunk bed, suitable for full size adult on the bottom and small adult 😂 or kid on top.

**Pets will be permitted if agreed prior to the rental as long as they are not too vocal and don’t cause any damage**

Guest access

Guests have full access via the properties own front door entrance with one flight of stairs as you enter the hallway. There is also private parking on the premises for two vehicles.

The apartment is handy for the exploring the wonderful 100 miles of the Ayrshire coast line.  There is a railway station within 1 mile, with regular services to Glasgow and Largs. You can visit the islands via ferry services close by to Isle of Cumbrae, Bute, Arran, Cowal (Dunoon) and from Portavadie to Tarbert (Kintyre).

Large storage sheds could be available to store motor bikes or bicycles etc.

Glasgow Prestwick airport is 19 miles away. Glasgow Airport (Paisley) is 24 miles away.

Ayrshire hosts some of the most famous golf courses in the world.
