All tenancies will need initial monies paid prior to check in; consisting of a full security deposit and first month's rent.

The level of the full security deposit will be at a level not more than 5 weeks rent unless the annual rent is greater than £50,000 (£4,166.67 pcm) where the security deposit will be at a level not more than 6 weeks rent.
