This lovely two double bedroom maisonette is light and bright with high ceilings and original features and benefits from a private garden and off-road parking for one car.
Occupying the first and second floors of a period, semi-detached property, the property has two large double bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer and a separate living room. The property enjoys a large private walled garden and off-street parking.
The private entrance leads up the first flight of stairs to the large kitchen diner offering plenty of workspace and storage units and includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tall fridge freezer.
The kitchen enjoys fantastic views to the rear over the garden and beyond. The living room is located at the front of the property and has a large south-facing bay window which provides a huge amount of light throughout the day. There are alcoves which can provide further storage space.
Under the stairs, leading to the top floor, is a useful area which could be used for further storage but is roomy enough for a quiet working nook/study area.
On the top floor of the maisonette there are two large double bedrooms both with in-built storage units. The rear bedroom again offers fantastic far-reaching views.
The family bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and provides a shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
OUTSIDE This maisonette boasts a large private garden which is accessed by a paved path and through a garden gate. The garden is mostly laid to lawn, with a shed and small patio area to the rear.
