Elegant two-bedroom apartment just a short saunter to Meadfoot Beach.
Set within a peaceful, privately tucked-away development, this top floor stylish two-bedroom apartment occupies one of Torquay's most elegant period villas, sympathetically converted by Midas Homes.
Presented to a high standard and finished in calming neutral décor, the apartment offers a generously proportioned reception room and well-sized bedrooms, creating a light, relaxed place to call home. Residents also enjoy beautifully kept communal gardens, an allocated parking space and ample visitor parking, a real luxury so close to the coast.
The location is hard to beat. Scenic Meadfoot Beach is just a pebble's throw away in one direction, while in the other a pleasant stroll brings you to the harbourside, with its waterside restaurants, yacht marina and array of shops. The Little Theatre is close by, and the Princess Theatre on Torquay's seafront is less than a mile away.
A rare opportunity to enjoy coastal living in a characterful setting.
Sorry, no smokers.
