Torbay Council and Torbay Harbour Authority, invites offers from parties interested in entering into a Lease for a boat booking kiosk site at Torquay Harbour. The site is in a prime location around Torquay harbourside (see plan in particulars).

Tenure.
The lease will be offered for 3 years with the opportunity to benefit from seasonal use. The Lease is to include the terms and conditions outlined in the particulates document.

Use.
The site is suitable for siting a small boat booking kiosk, max 120cm x 120cm.The site is not suitable for takeaway food/drinks kiosks

Legal Costs.
The incoming tenant will be expected to meet the councils reasonable Legal costs incurred in the transaction.
