Utilities - The tenant is usually responsible for utilities, i.e. Water, gas and electricity. These companies will have been notified of your occupation and the meter readings. You may wish to check with the appropriate providers that these accounts have been initiated. Tenants will need to contact BT direct.
Leaving Early - Please be aware that you initially sign a contract agreeing to rent the property for 6 months. If you wish to vacate before the six months we will do our utmost to re-let the property in order to release you from the tenancy. However you will be responsible to pay the rent and the utility bills until the property is re-let.
