Property description
This charming two bedroom cottage with a garden and a garage is in a tucked away position yet not far from the town centre. EPC: D
Longdescription - Accessed via a pathway which has a right of way over the neighbouring properties, this terraced cottage has a lovely homely feel to it. On entering there is a small porch leading into a cosy lounge with an electric fireplace. The kitchen diner is a lovely bright room, with a skylight above the kitchen flooding the room with natural light. The dining area has plenty of room for a good sized dining table and the modern kitchen provides ample cupboard and surface space. The back of the kitchen narrows into a small hall which leads off to the shower room and the back door that takes you to a back passage leading to the garage.
Steep stairs rise from the dining area to the first floor where there is a roomy double bedroom and a further bedroom which is a comfortable single room or ideal for a home office.
The generous sized garden is mostly laid to lawn with a gravelled area for some seating.
Parking is available on street or over the garage which is positioned behind the house.
The property benefits from being close to facilities yet away from busy roads in a quiet tucked away position. The town centre, Tesco and Lidl supermarkets are a short level walk away and there is a good Chinese takeaway just a few doors down which is perhaps a little too convenient.
