AN EXCEPTIONAL FIVE-BEDROOM COASTAL EXECUTIVE RESIDENCE, COMPLETELY REMODELLED TO AN EXACTING STANDARD
**Available from December**
Bronllwyn is not simply another five-bedroom house.
Occupying an elevated position in the sought-after village of Penally, just outside Tenby, this exceptional individual residence has recently been completely remodelled by a renowned local craft builder, with no expense spared, creating a beautifully appointed home that combines outstanding craftsmanship, impressive architectural features and an enviable coastal setting.
From the moment you arrive, the scale and individuality of Bronllwyn are immediately apparent. An extensive driveway leads to the property, while the surrounding wrap-around, beautifully tended gardens create an impressive sense of privacy and space.
Step inside and the property becomes even more impressive.
ARCHITECTURAL CHARACTER & EXCEPTIONAL LIGHT
The interior has been comprehensively transformed, with numerous vaulted ceilings and striking lantern roofs creating dramatic volumes and allowing natural light to flood the accommodation.
The principal reception spaces are equally impressive, with a double-sided wood-burning stove serving two reception rooms, creating a superb architectural focal point and a wonderfully warm and inviting connection between the living spaces.
This is a home designed equally for relaxed family living and entertaining, with generous proportions and a natural flow between the principal areas.
At the heart of the house is a brand-new Shaker-style kitchen, combining timeless design with contemporary functionality. Quality cabinetry is complemented by granite worktops and a range-style oven, creating a kitchen that is as impressive to look at as it is practical to use.
The accommodation extends to five generous bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing exceptional flexibility for a family, visiting guests or those simply looking for considerably more space than a conventional executive rental can offer.
THE PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
The principal bedroom provides perhaps the property's most memorable private retreat.
French doors open directly onto a private balcony, where the elevated position provides sea views.
It is the kind of space that invites you to start the day slowly with a morning coffee, or finish the evening outside with a drink while enjoying the coastal outlook.
Additional balconies and outdoor spaces provide further opportunities to enjoy the setting throughout the property.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Outside, Bronllwyn continues to impress.
The wrap-around tended gardens provide a wonderful private environment with numerous areas for relaxation and entertaining, while a private hot tub adds an indulgent touch and creates an inviting outdoor space to enjoy throughout the seasons.
The combination of extensive gardens, multiple balconies, elevated position and sea views gives Bronllwyn an outdoor character rarely found in the executive rental market.
And importantly, dogs are welcome, making this exceptional residence as practical for family life as it is impressive.
BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED
Bronllwyn is offered fully furnished with superior-quality, tasteful furniture, carefully selected to complement the property's architecture, scale and newly remodelled interior.
Nothing feels temporary or compromised. The furnishings form part of the overall presentation of the house, creating a sophisticated, comfortable and immediately welcoming home.
This is a property where a tenant can simply arrive, unpack and enjoy.
A COASTAL LIFESTYLE ON THE DOORSTEP
Penally provides the perfect balance of village tranquillity and coastal accessibility. Situated just outside Tenby, residents are within easy reach of the area's renowned beaches, historic harbour, independent shops, restaurants and cafés.
The spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline and surrounding countryside are equally close, providing endless opportunities for walking, cycling, beach days and exploring some of the most beautiful scenery in West Wales.
Yet despite this wonderfully connected coastal setting, Bronllwyn retains the feeling of a private and substantial individual residence.
THE BRONLLWYN DIFFERENCE
Properties of this calibre rarely become available to rent.
The combination of a complete high-specification remodelling, renowned local craftsmanship, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, architectural ceilings and lantern roofs, a double-sided wood-burning stove, new Shaker-style kitchen, granite worktops, multiple balconies, sea views from the principal bedroom, extensive wrap-around gardens, hot tub, extensive driveway and superior-quality furnishings makes Bronllwyn a genuinely distinctive proposition.
For those looking for something considerably more special than a conventional rental property, Bronllwyn offers an exceptional furnished coastal lifestyle in one of Pembrokeshire's most desirable locations.
