All rooms are en-suite with showers. The plumbing is designed for a house with six showers so there will be no issue with water pressure.

All rooms have a tv point and plenty of sockets plus access to commercially boosted WI-FI. The bedrooms have blackout curtains.

The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything you would expect such as glassware, cookware. Each tenant is allocated their OWN FRIDGE/FREEZER and a large storage cupboard each. There are all the appliances you would expect, a double sink and loads of counter space and a range oven.

There is a utility room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers.

The use of these are included in the price - your rent is all inclusive. Hoover, Ironing board and Iron are also provided.

There is a living room area with a sofa and a Sony Android Smart TV so you can watch Netflix and other streaming services. There are plenty of power sockets if you wanted to plug in gaming devices etc.

Outside there is a garden with seating, BBQ and bike rings to secure bikes to and an outside drying line. There is a side ally to bring bikes up to secure in the garden should you wish. The house is very close to the station, just a couple of minutes walk and a short walk from town and has excellent access to the M5. The communal areas of the house are cleaned once a fortnight.
