Property description
Quirky 6 bedroom end-terrace property super close to the City Centre/Train Station available from July 2026!
£80 per week per person not including bills!
For students looking to be a touch closer to UWTSD, or even those who need fast access to the train station or City Centre, or maybe for those who want a nice, short stumble home from Wind Street, then this property may be the ideal opportunity! With excellent transport links being super close to the City Centre!
A huge open plan kitchen-lounge-diner, a large patio garden, and 6 equally sized bedrooms, this property is the property that you've been waiting for.
All bedrooms are good sized doubles, well decorated with a simple but modern feel, and complete with matching furniture. The bathrooms have recently been renovated to provide 2 full bathrooms to its tenants, with a shower, toilet and sink in each. Bedroom 5 also has an extra toilet reducing the wait on the 2 bathrooms!
The communal space at Jones Terrace is a real feature of the property. A huge kitchen-diner-lounge is perfect for a night in with your budding Jamie Oliver, or perhaps the ideal space for pre-drinks before hitting the nearby Wind Street, while a large, well-maintained patio garden provides extra entertaining space when required! While this house may be a little further out of town, it's definitely the wildcard of the bunch and for the right group, this house offers space and versatility like few properties.
Young professionals are also welcome for this property.
