OR
Close family connection - You have close family who have lived in the district as their main place of residence for the last five consecutive years. Close family is defined as parents/legal guardians, siblings and/or adult children.
OR
Key worker - You are a key worker who lives or works in the borough at the time of application.
Evidence will be required to confirm eligibility and may include:
Sutton Council Tax document
Employment contract
Written confirmation of the family relationship together with the family member's Council Tax bill
Applicants will be required to complete referencing and provide the necessary information and supporting evidence to confirm that the above criteria are met.
