Should your application be successful then the holding deposit will be held towards payment of your first month's rent unless you specify otherwise. If your application is declined due to failed references, provision of misleading or false information, the deliberate withholding of relevant information or change of applicant's circumstances then the holding deposit will be retained by Griffith Nobes Lettings and Management Ltd. The Assured Shorthold tenancy is for a minimum period of 6 months.
