Astley itself has limited facilities, but everyday shops, services and amenities are in the nearby town of Stourport-on-Severn.
At the time of allocation we will consider a household of up to a maximum of three people.
Preference given to those who have a local connection to the area administered by the Malvern Hills District Council.
Starting with those who we may assess as having a two bed need. Preference given to those who can verify a medical need for a bungalow with a level assess shower.

The preferred method of payment ongoing is via Direct Debit and we accept and Universal Credit.
If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for a lifetime assured tenancy.
Please be aware Universal Credit / Housing related benefits will only pay for the property you are living in and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy.
If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the Lettings Officer will confirm the rent and service charges.
If you are currently renting you will be required to give notice on your current home. You will only need to give Notice if you have been informed that you are being considered/offered a property. If you have any further questions, please contact your landlord.
