Our schemes are for applicants with the age requirement of 50+ only. All household members must meet this age criteria. We may look at your application for this home even if it has more bedrooms than you need. If you apply, we'll need you to show us that you can afford to pay the rent for the extra bedroom. If not of pension age or self-funded, bedroom tax may be charged.
The scheme is made up of 118 Units over 5 floors within the building served by 2 lifts and several stairwells. The properties are heated by electric storage heaters, please note there is no gas supply within the property. Electric meters are situated outside each individual property and electricity is the resident's responsibility to set up and pay separately to the service charge. Mobility scooters will need to have permission granted before signing up and a risk assessment will need to be undertaken.
There are 2 communal lounges within the scheme, the main lounge houses comfortable seating for socializing and there is a small kitchen area next door to make teas and coffee.
