A recently decorated two-bedroom bungalow situated in a peaceful rural location at Pasturefields, Great Haywood, with attractive open countryside views.
The property has been newly decorated and benefits from new carpets, a fitted kitchen, utility room, two bathrooms one with shower, one with bath, two bedrooms and a good-sized living/dining area overlooking the surrounding countryside. There is also a small garden and two allocated parking spaces.
The property forms part of a partial working farm, with other properties located on the land, and the owner resides locally. Please note that cattle graze parts of the surrounding land during certain periods of the year. There is also a working dog and a small number of hens on site. A fishing lake is available for tenants use, subject to the owners terms.
Utilities The property is heated by LPG. Water and sewerage/septic tank charges are included within the rent at an additional £50 per calendar month.
Electricity and LPG are supplied from the main source on the land and are charged separately based on usage at:
- Electricity: 35p per unit
- LPG: 45p per unit
The property has individual sub-meters, which are read monthly.
The property has a Council Tax Band C rating.
Pets Pets will be considered, but any pet would be kept entirely at the tenants responsibility. Due to the cattle grazing, working farm environment and the propertys proximity to a busy road, prospective tenants should carefully consider the suitability and safety of keeping pets at the property.
A lovely rural home offering the benefit of countryside living while remaining conveniently located for Stafford and surrounding villages.
