Right to Rent
All prospective tenants are required to provide valid identification documents to confirm their legal Right to Rent in the UK, in accordance with current legislation. Our chosen referencing provider will ask for copy identification for all parties over the age of 18 who are moving into the property and completing referencing. We will also ask you for any relevant share codes.
