High end co-living property available to students or professional tenants.
The property was created by an interior designer, and the standard of finish shows across the house. Five of the seven bedrooms have their own en suite, tiled in marble and fitted with rainfall showers, about as close to a hotel bathroom as a house share gets. The two top floor rooms share a large luxury shower room with a huge walk in shower, and there is a ground floor WC. All seven bedrooms are spacious doubles, furnished to a high standard.
The luxury high end finish carries into the open plan kitchen and living space, which runs across the back of the house, sleek and white with contrasting green geometric tiling and a large skylight overhead. It is modern, with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Plus the benefit of a large 5 burner hob, plus large double fridge freezers. The adjoining lounge has two tan sofas and a flatscreen television, and the property benefits from gas central heating throughout.
Margate Road runs off Victoria Road North and stays quiet, so Albert Road and Elm Grove, with their shops, restaurants and bars, are a few minutes on foot without the noise following you home. Fratton station is a short walk east and Southsea Common is a straightforward cycle south. The University of Portsmouth is also a short walk or cycle away.
All utilities are included, and superfast fibre broadband comes as standard.
Early viewing is recommended.
