Each of the spacious double bedrooms comes fully furnished with a desk and chair, plenty of storage space and a double bed. The kitchen and lounge areas are open plan to create a hugely spacious hub of the home. This is perfectly suited to a large group and ideal for cooking meals as a house or relaxing together on the extremely comfy sofas. The kitchen and lounge areas both also come fully furnished, ready for you to move in.
Both the city centre and Portsmouth University campus are a 30 minute walk away but there are excellent bus links which can get you there in no time at all (the Portsmouth University bus is extremely reliable for getting you to those Monday morning lectures on time!) Despite the city centre being so close, Goldsmith Avenue also has all the local amenities on its doorstep, with Tesco right opposite and local stores and cafes located just down the road.
