These are £10.29pcm for Administration Management, £8.39pcm for personal electricity, £52.03pcm for heating, and there is a £8.15pcm charge towards the cost of support. If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
Please be aware /Universal Credit will only pay for the property you are living in and you will need to give notice on your current tenancy.
If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form. At this stage the Lettings Officer will confirm the rent and service charges.
