Property description
Chadwicks are pleased to announce for rent from mid November a stunning executive 3 bedroom luxury town house which stands in the grounds of Housley Manor. The manor was built around 1900 and has been lovingly renovated to form a unique collection of executive homes and apartments which are set in beautiful landscaped gardens and a short distance along a quiet lane.
The townhouse has a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The newly fitted kitchen has a range of marino blue wall and base units which offers plenty of storage space along with a large island. All come with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a utility room and large storage cupboard providing lots of additional storage. At the rear of the property is the large lounge area for relaxing at the end of the day.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single third bedroom which would make an ideal home office. The master bedroom has a double wardrobe and ensuite. There is a further bathroom with the added bonus of a downstairs cloakroom for guests.
The townhouse is completed to a high standard with neutral décor throughout with complimenting flooring and blinds.
To the front of the townhouses there are individual gardens and parking plus there is a large south facing communal garden to the side of the houses for occupants of Housley Manor.
The townhouse is ideally located near the centre of Chapeltown, and a short distance to the motorway network and local train station.
