Keys - you are responsible for ensuring that you look after the keys for the property throughout your tenancy. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for covering the reasonable costs of replacement, depending on the type of key/device. In some cases, we will need to replace the lock as well as the keys to ensure your safety. In some cases, we may need to charge for our time, for example if we need to attend to the property out of office hours. This will not exceed £15.00 per hour. We can also pass on the details of our contractors to you and you can deal with them directly to replace the key/security device. In this case you will need to pay the contractor yourself.
Advertisement and viewing fee (in the case of you wanting someone else to replace your tenancy) - this is free if you advertise the property yourself and show people around the property.
