Agent’s Comment
There is something rather special about Tredunnock Barn that I think you really appreciate when you see it for yourself. For me, it is the combination of the barn’s original character, the quality of the renovation and that wonderful feeling of being surrounded by the Herefordshire countryside.
I imagine starting the day with a coffee by the window, taking in the views across the fields, and ending an evening with the wood-burning stove lit and the French doors open onto the terrace on a summer’s day. The two outdoor seating areas offer lovely spaces to enjoy a quiet lunch, entertain friends or simply sit back and watch the changing seasons.
Inside, the property feels light, welcoming and beautifully finished, with just the right balance of traditional charm and modern comfort. It is a home that offers a little breathing space from the everyday, without demanding more time and effort than you might wish to give it.
Set on the edge of Llangarron, with the surrounding countryside on your doorstep and good road connections further afield, it offers the best of rural living without feeling cut off from the world.
If you are looking for somewhere with character, peace and a lifestyle to enjoy, I would thoroughly recommend coming to see it.
