2 Coppice Cottages is a semi-detached, stone-built, single-storey family home situated in the rural setting of Bishopswood. Hidden off the beaten track, this delightful property offers generous living accommodation for those seeking a long-term let—years, not months.
The accommodation comprises a spacious entrance hall leading to an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. There is also a separate utility room, a family bathroom with a double walk-in shower, and two double bedrooms.
To the front of the property is a parking area with allocated spaces for 2 Coppice Cottages and visitors. To the rear is a private enclosed garden, mainly laid to lawn with a small patio.
Amenities
Ross-on-Wye lies approximately 4.6 miles north of Coppice Mews and offers all one would expect from a market town. Monmouth is approximately 9 miles to the southwest. Access to the A40, which connects to the M50 and M4, is approximately 2.8 miles from the property.
Directions
From Ross-on-Wye, take the B4234 towards Bishopswood. After approximately 4.6 miles, you will see a Gulf (closed and under development) petrol station on your right. Take the left exit signposted for Bishopswood House and Coppice Workshops. Follow the road up the hill and, as you emerge from the woods, you will see a large set of stone entrance pillars on your right. Continue past the pillars, staying on the main road, and take the second entrance on the right. This leads to 2 Coppice Cottages, HR9 5QZ.
Viewing Arrangements
An allocated viewing time slot will be arranged through the agent.
Application Procedure once viewed
Bespoke Property Management operates a slightly different letting process from the standard approach. We do not work on a first-come, first-served basis. Our aim is to match the right applicants to the right property.
If you wish to proceed, please submit a brief synopsis outlining your interest in the property. This information will be forwarded directly to the landlord for consideration. The process is typically very quick, with offers often made within five hours of receiving your application and synopsis.
Please email your application, including:
• Your details, current address, and the number of people in your household
• Details of any pets, including how many and what breeds
• Your reason for moving
• Your preferred move-in date
• The length of tenancy you are seeking (long-term or short-term)
• Your employment status and job title
• Any additional information that may help the landlord build a picture of you (a family photograph may also be helpful)
The above is intended as a guide only. There is no obligation to provide any personal information you are not comfortable sharing.
