Agents Comment
Its very rare you get to let a property in a location like this. Immediately adjacent to the river, The Fishing Lodge is a charming and characterful fully furnished bungalow with outstanding sitting and dining rooms with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Wye and the neighbouring countryside. Fishing rights are not granted by virtue of this let, but a license can be applied for via the usual channels. River walks are immediate, with so much wildlife visible, particularly river birds - swans, geese and the like, but also pheasant and other animals. Being only two miles from central Ross on Wye, means you can quickly access cafes, shops and supermarkets, as well as a great selection of pubs, antique shops and restaurants.
