The National Trust's Mottisfont Abbey and Garden are nearby. Other attractions are being developed to give a wider variety of interest to the visitor throughout the year. As a Mottisfont tenant there will be a concessionary pass to this National Trust property. There is an estate walk which takes in surrounding farmland and woods, and part of the Test Way runs through the estate.
