Property description
A proper living room, plenty of natural light and storage that's actually useful. This 1-bedroom FIRST FLOOR apartment at Meadvale Court ticks some important boxes.
Let's start with the living space. At over 15ft long, the lounge gives you room to create a comfortable seating area without everything feeling squeezed together. Windows on 2 sides bring in natural light, while the neutral walls and grey carpeting make it easy to put your own stamp on the place.
The separate kitchen comes fitted with wood-effect units, contrasting dark worktops, an electric cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. Everything has its own place, keeping the cooking separate from where you relax.
The bedroom measures approximately 12ft 2in x 8ft 5in, with 2 windows providing natural light. There's also a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
And here's something you don't always get with a 1-bedroom apartment: 2 separate built-in storage cupboards off the hallway. Somewhere for the vacuum cleaner, suitcases and all those things you'd rather not have on display.
Outside, Meadvale Court has landscaped communal surroundings and a residents' car park with unallocated spaces.
Located on Somerset Road in Redhill, the apartment offers a practical base for anyone looking to settle into the area.
Unfurnished and AVAILABLE NOW, this is a home that's ready for its next chapter. Could it be yours?
