Property description
The house has just undergone a full renovation, extending it to approximately 3,606 sq ft (including the double garage) and rebuilding it from the ground up: new driveway, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new carpets and decor throughout, with underfloor heating fitted to the whole ground floor. Fibre broadband is included in the rent.
The open-plan kitchen/diner is the heart of the house — full-width bypass doors onto the rear patio, and an original fireplace retained as a feature. Two further reception rooms at the front include a dedicated office/study, ideal for home working. A utility room and downstairs W/C complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, alongside two further double bedrooms (one also en-suite), two further bedrooms, and a family bathroom finished to a high standard throughout.
Outside, a large rear patio and garden include a children's play structure, with direct gated access into Dinton Pastures — 350 acres of meadow, woodland and lakes. To the front, a substantial driveway offers parking for up to five cars.
The double garage is currently fitted out as a home gym — a genuine bonus for anyone looking to train without a commute to the nearest gym.
Offered unfurnished and available from 2nd November 2026.

Location:
Hurst itself is a well-regarded village between Twyford and Wokingham, with a village shop, two pubs, a historic parish church and an active community calendar including the annual Hurst Show. Schooling in the area is a real draw for families: the village has its own primary school, alongside easy access to The Dolphin School, a well-regarded independent prep school and nursery — with more comprehensive secondary options in nearby Wokingham, Reading and Maidenhead.
Both Twyford and Winnersh stations are a five-minute drive away — Twyford runs direct into London Paddington in around 30 minutes, while Winnersh runs direct into London Waterloo in around an hour — giving easy access to both sides of the city. The M4 is close by, connecting on to the wider motorway network, with Heathrow around 22 miles and roughly 30 minutes' drive.
