STUNNING EIGHT BEDROOM, ALL EN-SUITE STUDENT HOUSE – PRIME DONNINGTON ROAD LOCATION – AVAILABLE 1ST JULY 2027
8 Double Bedrooms 8 Private En-Suite Bathrooms Recently Refurbished Huge Open-Plan Kitchen/Living Area Large Rear Garden Off-Road Parking
An exceptional opportunity for a group of eight Reading University students to secure this impressive, recently refurbished eight-bedroom student house, situated in one of Reading’s most sought-after university locations.
Located on the ever-popular Donnington Road, right in the heart of Reading’s prime student area, this outstanding property is within easy walking distance of the University of Reading, the hugely popular Café Yolk on Erleigh Road, local shops, supermarkets and Reading town centre.
With eight double bedrooms, each benefiting from its very own private en-suite bathroom, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a property offering a level of accommodation rarely available in the university area.
Recently refurbished to a high standard throughout, the house combines modern finishes, generous proportions, high ceilings and exceptional communal living space, making it an ideal home for a group of eight friends.
The standout feature is the impressive extended open-plan kitchen and living area, offering a fantastic social space for cooking, dining, relaxing and spending time together. The modern fitted kitchen provides generous worktop and storage space, together with contemporary appliances, while the spacious living area creates the perfect setting for student life.
The property is arranged across three floors, providing an excellent layout for shared accommodation.
The ground floor comprises two generously sized double bedrooms, both with private en-suite bathrooms, together with the impressive extended communal kitchen and living accommodation, which opens out towards the rear garden.
On the first floor are four further spacious double bedrooms, each with its own modern private en-suite bathroom.
The second floor offers two additional double bedrooms, again both benefiting from their own private en-suite facilities.
Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, meaning all eight students can enjoy their own personal space and privacy without having to share bathroom facilities.
Outside, the property benefits from a large paved rear garden, complete with outdoor seating and dedicated bicycle storage. This fantastic outdoor space provides an ideal setting for relaxing, socialising and enjoying the warmer months.
Parking is another excellent advantage, with two off-road parking spaces, together with the potential for two additional on-street spaces subject to obtaining the appropriate council parking permits.
PRIME READING UNIVERSITY STUDENT LOCATION
Donnington Road remains one of Reading’s most desirable student addresses, ideally positioned close to the University of Reading, Café Yolk, local amenities and the vibrant student community. Properties of this size and standard, particularly those offering eight private en-suite bathrooms, are relatively uncommon in such a sought-after location.
Offering eight double bedrooms, eight private en-suites, a stunning extended communal living space, a large rear garden and valuable off-road parking, this property really does offer something special for a group of eight students.
