Retirement living with a strong sense of community
Holley Court is a well-established retirement living scheme comprising 39 one-bedroom apartments across three floors. Designed to provide a safe, comfortable and sociable environment, the scheme offers excellent opportunities to meet new people while maintaining your independence.
At the heart of the development is a communal lounge where residents can socialise, enjoy activities or simply relax with friends over a cup of tea. Outside, attractive communal gardens provide a peaceful space to enjoy the fresh air and surroundings.
Freshly updated home with practical features
This compact yet comfortable apartment has recently been decorated throughout and benefits from brand-new carpets and blinds. The lounge, kitchen and bedroom all enjoy pleasant views over the gardens and are not overlooked by neighbouring properties, helping to create a private and relaxing home environment.
The bedroom comfortably accommodates a three-quarter-size bed, although some residents have successfully fitted a double bed. The hallway offers excellent storage, including four cupboards, one of which is large enough to be used as a walk-in wardrobe.
Residents also benefit from easy access to the communal laundry room, located a short walk from the apartment and equipped with two washing machines and two tumble dryers.
Excellent location with local amenities nearby
Situated in the centre of Rainhill Village, Holley Court is ideally placed close to a wide range of local amenities, all within walking distance. Nearby facilities include shops, a butcher, chemist, Post Office, café, hairdressers, restaurants and convenience stores, making day-to-day living easy and convenient.
The scheme is also well connected for travel. A bus stop is located directly outside the development, providing links to Prescot, St Helens, Widnes and Liverpool. Rainhill railway station is also within easy walking distance.
