Property description
Aqua is one of Poole’s most recognisable and sought after waterfront developments, perfectly positioned on the inner harbour at Lifeboat Quay, home to the RNLI. Sitting right on the water’s edge, it offers a unique blend of town centre convenience and front row harbour living that is rarely matched.
Apartment 47 occupies a prime third floor position and is widely regarded as one of the best located apartments within the building. The panoramic harbour views are truly breathtaking, stretching across the water and providing a fascinating outlook over Lifeboat Quay, where the RNLI activity adds a rare and captivating dimension to daily life. Few homes offer such a privileged view of working harbour life combined with uninterrupted sunsets across Poole Harbour.
Inside, the semi open plan living space is flooded with natural light, with a striking curved wall of windows designed to maximise the harbour views. The standout feature is the exceptional wraparound sun terrace, offering generous space for outdoor dining, entertaining or simply relaxing while watching the harbour come and go. A private balcony serves the principal bedroom, further enhancing the connection to the water and giving the sensation of living on a cruise ship looking straight onto the water.
The accommodation is completed by a modern fitted kitchen, two well appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms and the added benefit of an allocated parking space. With its unrivalled position, remarkable views and exceptional outdoor space, Apartment 47 represents a rare opportunity to secure a truly unique waterfront home.
The immediate surroundings are exceptionally well served, with a popular waterside fish and chip restaurant called “ Lakeside” on the ground floor, alongside an ASDA supermarket, gym, hotel, COSTA coffee shop, sandwich shop and medical centre all close by. Poole train station sits just across the road, while Poole Quay, Old Town Poole, the High Street and Dolphin Shopping Centre are all within an easy stroll. For those who enjoy the outdoors, a scenic cycle path follows the harbour and leads all the way to Upton Country Park, making this an ideal base for both town and coastal living.
