The stylish kitchen is fitted with dark cabinetry, granite-effect worktops and a central island finished with a contrasting wooden worktop and breakfast bar. Generous storage and preparation space ensure the kitchen is both practical and visually striking.
Adding character to the living space is an attractive fireplace with a log burner, creating a welcoming focal point. Large bi-folding doors lead directly onto an elevated decked area, extending the living space outdoors and providing an excellent setting for dining and entertaining. Steps from the decking lead down to the sunny garden below.
Further accommodation includes a separate utility room and a dedicated home office, offering an ideal space for those working from home or requiring a quiet study area. Throughout, the property has been finished to a high standard, successfully blending modern interiors with charming character features.
The principal suite is particularly impressive. This spacious bedroom leads through to its own dressing area and private en-suite bathroom, complete with a freestanding bath and separate shower.
Three additional double bedrooms provide excellent family accommodation. Two are situated on the first floor, together with the main family bathroom, while the remaining bedroom occupies the second floor alongside a third shower room. This arrangement offers a greater level of privacy and makes the space particularly versatile. A separate WC is also available within the main accommodation.
Externally, the property enjoys a private garden that is predominantly laid to lawn, with mature trees creating an attractive backdrop and providing a good level of privacy. There is also a patio area, ideal for outdoor furniture and entertaining, together with convenient side access. Off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles.
The property is available from September on a furnished basis, although the landlords are happy to offer flexibility in relation to the furnishings provided.
