Athertons are pleased to offer this one-bedroom retirement apartment to let, on the second floor of Barton Lodge, a purpose-built development for the over-65s.
Barton Lodge is a small development of just 25 apartments over three floors, all served by a lift. It offers independent living with support close at hand. A part-time Development Manager is on site, and each apartment has emergency call points in several rooms. When the Development Manager is off duty, a 24-hour Appello emergency call system is in place for added peace of mind.
The apartment has an entrance hall, a lounge, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. It is well suited to anyone wanting a manageable, secure home in a friendly community setting.
The development is close to local shops and amenities. A bus stop directly outside has regular services to Bournemouth and Poole. Residents’ parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: All residents must be aged 65 or over.
