Property description
6 Bed Shared House, Mildmay Street, PL4 8NE
6 Rooms Available for 1st July 2027
The Property:
This imposing end terraced house received a complete refresh over the summer of 2022, bringing it up to the fantastic standard throughout that you can see in the images. The entire house was repainted internally to Brilliant White, complimented nicely by grey carpets and blinds, giving it an extremely fresh and inviting feel, with the external repainted to Plymouth Grey giving it a contemporary stance on the street. All bedrooms are not only extremely well sized, they also received new furniture suites creating very stylish spaces to unwind in, which continues into the exceptionally large open plan communal room as well. The house boasts 2 large bathrooms and a brand new downstairs guest toilet. Our favourite part of the house though has to be it's massive Astroturf back garden! The outdoor space also features a sheltered seating area and off street parking for X2 vehicles. Location wise, Mildmay Street is one of our most popular, with a straight and short walk directly to campus and North Hill.
The Bedrooms:
1 medium double bedroom - £545 per calendar month, (Includes: Gas, Water, Electric, WiFi & Communal TV Licence).
1 large double bedroom - £565 per calendar month (Includes: Gas, Water, Electric, WiFi & Communal TV Licence).
4 extra large double bedrooms - £610 per calendar month, per room, (Includes: Gas, Water, Electric, WiFi & Communal TV Licence).
The Location:
Plymouth University - Less than a 5 minute walk.
Plymouth City Centre - Less than a 9 minute walk.
Plymouth Train Station - Less than a 12 minute walk.
North Hill - Less than a 4 minute walk.
What we think:
A truly fantastic home with exceptionally sized spaces throughout for everyone to enjoy, complemented nicely by its amazing Astroturf back garden, fit to host the next World Cup final!
