WELCOME TO THE MILL YARD – BRAND NEW RIVERSIDE LIVING AT FLETTON QUAYS!
Symonds & Greenaway are delighted to introduce The Mill Yard, an exciting collection of 80 brand-new apartments situated within the prestigious Fletton Quays development in Peterborough.
Set on the south bank of the River Nene, The Mill Yard combines contemporary riverside living with the character and heritage of one of Peterborough’s most historic locations. At the heart of the development sits The Mill, an original building dating back to 1848 which has been sensitively restored and converted, alongside three newly built apartment buildings – Engine House, River House and Cathedral House. Together, the four buildings create a distinctive new residential community comprising a selection of beautifully designed one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Designed with modern living in mind, The Mill Yard offers stylish contemporary accommodation within an impressive riverside setting. Most apartments benefit from their own private balcony or terrace, with selected homes enjoying views across the River Nene and surrounding Fletton Quays development. Residents also benefit from passenger lifts serving every floor, fibre broadband connectivity, secure audio entry systems, site-wide CCTV, parking, EV charging provision and dedicated secure cycle storage.
The location is one of The Mill Yard’s biggest attractions. Positioned within Fletton Quays, residents are within walking distance of Peterborough city centre, Peterborough Cathedral, Queensgate Shopping Centre and the city’s restaurants, bars and leisure facilities. Peterborough Railway Station is also within easy reach, providing excellent mainline connections including direct services to London King’s Cross in approximately 45–50 minutes, making The Mill Yard an ideal location for commuters as well as those working locally. The riverside setting is set to be further enhanced by a new pedestrian bridge connecting Fletton Quays directly with the Embankment, creating even better pedestrian access between the development and the city.
With its combination of heritage architecture, brand-new homes, riverside surroundings and excellent city-centre connectivity, The Mill Yard represents an exciting new standard of rental accommodation in Peterborough.
THE MILL YARD – HERITAGE. RIVERSIDE. REIMAGINED.
