Property description
This charming cottage features a well-presented interior, including a lounge with a striking fireplace and an exposed granite wall. An archway leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with a range of fitted units and provides access to the rear courtyard.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom, which is complete with a shower over the bath, a low-level WC, and a wash hand basin. The property includes enclosed courtyards at both the front and the rear. We highly recommend an internal viewing of this lovely home.
Holding Deposit
Paying a holding deposit (up to a maximum of 1 weeks rent) for the property you are applying for stops the property from being viewed by other applicants (however the property may still remain advertised as references pending). By paying the holding deposit it allows us to start your referencing and the admin to prepare the tenancy. Once the referencing procedure is completed and all checks have passed, the holding deposit can either be returned to the applicant, or put towards the first months' rent or deposit.
Some or all of the holding deposit can be retained by the agent if the applicant withdraws their application or does not pass the referencing procedure by providing false or misleading information.
