Outside there is car parking for 2 cars, there is no formal garden with this property, but there is an area of land behind the house which can be used to dry washing, etc. Due to being surrounded by agricultural land this property may not be suitable for dogs but this can be discussed on application.
The traditional barn opposite the farmhouse is used by a neighbouring farmer and is not included in this tenancy. This is an active farm and there will be farm vehicles and animals in the vicinity.

The prospective tenant is asked to tender a rent of £1,100 per calendar month (£13,200 per annum). The rent is to be payable by Direct Debit monthly in advance with the first payment being made ahead of the tenancy commencing.
