Tenant Fees
In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, tenants are not required to pay administrative, referencing, or other fees to secure a tenancy, ensuring the process is fair and transparent. Only permitted payments associated with a tenancy can be requested, as outlined below.
The agreed rent for a property will be confirmed at the application stage, prior to any holding deposit being requested. A refundable tenancy deposit equal to five weeks' rent is payable upon signing the tenancy agreement.
