The location is ideal for students attending The University of Nottingham. If you are studying at ntu, there is easy access in to the city via the Tram system - there is a stop located directly outside Flewitt House.

The property is situated within Beeston town centre, a short distance High Road, the main pedestrianised shopping area.
This central location means easy access to Beeston's excellent range of shopping facilities; Sainsburys, Tesco and Lidl supermarkets in addition to some excellent quality local greengrocers, butchers and fishmongers. There are also specialist Asian grocers and stores selling food from all around the world.
The location is accessible for students studying at the University of Nottingham (the West Entrance is 10 minutes walk).
