Tenants are liable for the reasonable costs incurred in replacing lost keys or other security devices.
Where replacement locks or additional keys are required, reasonable evidenced costs may be charged.
**Variation of Contract (Tenant's Request):**
Up to £50 per agreed variation, or reasonable costs incurred if higher and supported by evidence.
This covers the costs associated with amending the tenancy agreement at the tenant's request.
**Change of Sharer (Tenant's Request):**
Up to £50 per replacement tenant, or reasonable costs incurred if higher and supported by evidence.
This covers the costs associated with landlord instructions, tenant referencing, right-to-rent checks, deposit administration and preparation of new tenancy documentation.
**Early Termination (Tenant's Request):**
Where a tenant requests to terminate their tenancy early, charges may apply in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 and other applicable tenancy legislation.
