On entrance to the property you are greeted with the front reception room which comes neutrally decorated and has views overlooking the front aspect.
Making your way to the rear of the property comes a further reception room which would ideally be used as a dining area, having an open plan kitchen which is modern and fully fitted, comes with a fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob and an electric oven. Rear door access leads you onto a low maintenance rear yard which provides an excellent space to relax and entertain.
Upstairs are two good size bedrooms with bedroom two having some handy over stairs storage.
The bathroom is incredible with a large walk in shower, wash hand basin and w/c.
Locally there are some excellent local amenities all within walking distance, this includes transport links and a good array of shops, bars and restaurants.
Parking is available on street, this is not allocated and works on a first come first served basis.
